These workshops are the culmination of the lessons that I have learned by trial and error through my experience of homeschooling an autistic child into his adolescence for the last seven years. My learning templates and approaches, as well as interactional strategies, have been tried, tested, and honed not only through my work with my son, but also other special needs children and adolescents.

In the process, I have ventured extensively into the designing of learning templates and task processes for special needs learners, as well as explored the full potential of behavioural management and communication approaches. Thus, these workshops offer participants refreshing, unique, and personal insights into autism and special needs teaching approaches.

While some of these workshops have already been formulated and implemented for caregivers and educators (please see them at, typically in institutional settings, the others are my suggestions of possible topics of interest.

I also embrace the challenge of creating new workshops that are entirely customised to my clients' specific requests, within the scope of my knowledge, resources, and experience.

The following workshops constitute a comprehensive training system for providing caregivers, service providers, and trained mentors with the practical hands-on skills for interacting with individual with moderate to severe autism. Most of the workshops can also be customised to tailor to participants working with mildly autistic individuals.
